The RA is effecting my hips now. It makes it hard to sit for very long. I have to keep moving around to keep ahead of the pain and the stiffness.

Just got the Close To My Heart Magic How-TO-Book!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally bought the Close To My Heart Magic How-To-book!!!!!!!! It has such great layout ideas in it. I hope to challenge myself and you by making and sharing these layouts with some of the interactive elements. Pirate Ship paper piecing with my Cricut

I love paper piecing with my Cricut. I used CTMH cardstock and Cricut cartridge "Paper Doll Dress Up" on page 44. This ship didn't have layers so I cut it in three different cardstock colors per ship. I then used my craft scissors to cut out the layers I wanted. I inked each piece with CTMH inks to add depth. I plan to use these as embellishments on a layout of my kids dressed up as pirates last halloween. Thanks for looking!!!!!!!! God Bless!!!!!!!!!

CTMH Imagine layout

I'm back!!!!!!  Here is a layout I did using Close to my Heart's how to book Imagine.  It's on page 78 called "Sage & Secure".  I also used a CTMH level 2 paper pack called "Evensong".  I changed some of the elements around a bit to fit my photos.

Our Printer Died!!!!!!!!!

Sorry I have not posted anything lately. Our printer died and I can't print out any photos!!!!!!! Hopefully my hubby and I will get a chance to go shopping (without the monkeys)for a new one next week??!!

Hope everyone had a great holiday season!!!!!!!!!! I finally got my camera's batteries back from my kids!!!!!! They like to use them in their hand held games. I could not afford to order any of the new CTMH Flip Flaps. So I made my own by cutting down my CTMH 12X12 page protectors.

I made the leaves and the title with my cricut expression. I used CTMH inks,CTMH stamps and CTMH cardstock to make my own back ground paper. My monkeys were so little back then. They are growing up to fast.
